Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
